A Public Speaking Coaching Firm
Public Speaking Coaching.
You have a message to share or a presentation to deliver to an audience.
And at this moment, your anxiety exceeds your confidence.
I can help.
My coaching assists you in cultivating inner confidence that manifests as a powerful — and memorable — public speaking experience. Together, we will tap into what inspires and energizes you, then leverage that energy to convey credibility and inspire your audience.
“And the speaking will get easier and easier. And you will find you have fallen in love with your own vision, which you may never have realized you had. And you will lose some friends and lovers, and realize you don’t miss them. And new ones will find you and cherish you. And you will still flirt and paint your nails, dress up and party, because, as I think Emma Goldman said, “If I can’t dance, I don’t want to be part of your revolution.” And at last you’ll know with surpassing certainty that only one thing is more frightening than speaking your truth. And that is not speaking.”

I still get nervous…
Before presenting a recent conference workshop, I gave myself a little pep talk.
Though I had practiced the session multiple times, and felt very confident in the material, this would be the first time I would deliver the session in real life, in front of experienced teachers. No pressure at all!
At this moment, I knew I had to cultivate a healthy, joyful mindset. I knew that the inner joy would radiate around the room, if only I tapped into it.
So, I said to myself: “You’re excited to be here. The participants chose this session. They WANT to hear what you’re offering. You’re extending an opportunity to experiment with creativity. You have a presentation to guide you if you get off track. Your colleagues are with you. Have fun.”
These affirmations calmed my nerves, allowing my thoughts to focus, and a smile to come over my face. I felt confident and ready.
Later, the feedback was: “Your room was rockin.’ “ Indeed it was.
